Body Measurement Guide for Men
Knowing your body measurements makes online shopping easier. It saves time, money and you are less likely to buy clothes that don’t fit. You can have a professional measure you or you can follow our measurement guide and do it yourself. HOW TO TAKE BODY MEASUREMENTS


Top Length: Measure from the base of you neck straight to your hip or measure from the base of your neck where you want your top/jacket to fall
Shoulder: Measure from one end of your shoulder to the other
Bicep: Measure around the widest part of your bicep, unflexed, with one finger’s width of space between the tape and your skin
Bottom: Measure the circumference around the widest part of your bottom
Sleeve: Start on the base of your neck on the same line as your shoulders
Height: Measure from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet
Shorts: Measure from your hip bone to wherever you want your shorts to fall
Outseam: Measure from youe outer hip to the bottom fo your ankle where you want your pants to fall
Inseam: Measure from the inner at the crotch, all the way to the bottom of the ankle where you want your pants to fall


Head: Measure around the circumference of your head
Neck: Measure below your Adam’s apple, around your neck
Chest: Measure around your chest, across your nipple, not above or below
Waist: Measure your waist around your belly button. Keep the tape loose so you can still breathe
Hip: This is where your pants’ waistline usually fall on. Measure around
Wrist: Measure your wrist circumference, just above your hand. This is the sleeve opening so keep it fairly loose
Thigh: Measure around the thickest part of your thigh, just below your crotch
Knee: Either measure around the knee loosely while standing, or sit down with your knees bent and measure around your knee
Ankle: Measure the circumference of the narrowest part of the ankle and keep the tape fairly loose
