What this website is
dressmeasurement.com is a static marketing site owned and operated by Aeeiee. It exists to describe the Dress Measurement app and to direct you to the App Store or Google Play if you want to download it.
Acceptable use
You can read this site, share it, link to it, quote from it, and cite it. Do not attempt to scrape at volumes that disrupt service, probe for security vulnerabilities without authorization, or impersonate us.
Trademarks and content
"Dress Measurement" and the associated wordmark are trademarks of Aeeiee. Site copy is copyright Aeeiee. You may quote up to a paragraph of our copy with attribution and a link back.

Size recommendations in the app are based on standardized brand size charts and your entered measurements. They are intended as a guide, not a guarantee of fit. We are not responsible for fit outcomes resulting from variations in individual body shape, garment construction, or sizing inconsistencies across product lines.
This site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and up-to-date, but we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site.
The app
Terms that govern use of the Dress Measurement iOS app (including subscription pricing, renewals, and refunds) are Apple's standard EULA, available at the App Store listing and from inside the app. Terms for the Android app are Google's standard EULA, available at the Google Play listing. Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google respectively; we never see or store your payment details.
Changes
If we update these terms, we will change the "Last updated" date above and describe what changed. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
